Cancellation policy 48 hours notice – no charge unless otherwise specified on the event booking. Requests received by 12:00pm the day prior will incur a food charge, after this time, full ticket price charges apply.

Please note that tickets are non-transferable for waitlisted events. Your image may be photographed or filmed at any time throughout this event. Your consent to the use of your image in full or part for any Brisbane Club related purpose is taken to be given by attending this event. About the Event
For one night only, Chef Alistair McLeod joins the Club kitchen, bringing decades of culinary experience and his passion for exceptional Queensland produce to the Gourmet Enthusiasts.
Born in Belfast and classically trained in Europe, Alistair honed his craft in Michelin-listed restaurants including Roscoff in Belfast and Da Giovanni in Torino before making his mark on Brisbane’s dining scene as Executive Chef at Bretts Wharf and Tank Restaurant and Bar. He has since become a familiar face through Ready Steady Cook and Queensland Weekender, alongside hosting food events and demonstrations across Australia.
Today, through Al’FreshCo Catering, Alistair’s cooking continues to celebrate fresh, seasonal produce and Queensland’s local food culture. For this special dinner, he will work alongside the Club kitchen team to create a multi-course menu inspired by his culinary style, drawing on the experience, produce and flavours that have shaped his career.
With Alistair in the kitchen for one evening only, early bookings are encouraged.
