Matthew Wynn
Head Chef Matthew Wynn has been an integral part of The Brisbane Club for over a decade, shaping a dining experience that blends tradition with innovation. Beginning his apprenticeship at 17 under Shannon Kellam, he went on to refine his skills across leading Brisbane restaurants before returning to the Club in 2015. A chef of international calibre, Matthew has represented Australia at the IKA World Culinary Olympics in Germany and is a recipient of the Nestlé Golden Chef’s Hat Award. Beyond his accolades, he is deeply passionate about mentoring the next generation of chefs, ensuring the legacy of culinary excellence continues for years to come.
